Dr. Norazatul Hanim Mohd Rozalli was recently awarded a national research grant by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education worth RM117,000. The research project title is Elucidating the Biochemical Pathways for Nutrient Preservation and Contaminant Mitigation in Purple Sweet Potato Puree Through High-Pressure Processing.
