Dr. Mohamad Hafizi Abu Bakar was recently awarded the USM Special Short Term Reserach grant 2025 of RM20,000. The research project title is Development of Serum Free and Food-Grade Media Supplemented with Okara Hydrolysates for Sustainable Cultured Meat Production.
