BIOPROCESS TECH GRADUATE

Sebastian Kwan Soon Hong (2nd batch of Bioprocess Technology program. Graduated in the year 2013)

I joined the School of Industrial Technology back in 2009 under the degree program of Bioprocess Technology. Throughout the four years of degree life, the subjects taught have equipped me with the knowledge required in the industry. I had the opportunity to have practical sessions to apply what I have learned. Besides, I also had the chance to visit some of the well known multinational companies (MNC) that are related to my field to expand my horizon. It serves as an eyeopener and I get to know what does the industry really needs. The program is taught by some of the best talents in the nation. Therefore I am blessed that I have taken Bioprocess Technology. The program has allowed me to explore the unknown and ignite my enthusiasm towards Science and Technolgy, which led me to further my studies after graduation. Today, I am standing tall as a Ph.D. holder, and I have never regretted that I joined Bioprocess Technology of the School of Industrial Technology.
