HACCP Internal Audit and Verification Training for Final-Year Food Tech Students


Our final-year Food Technology students have completed a 2-day training on HACCP Internal Audit & Verification, conducted by Pn. Nurulamirah from PHEIO Management Sdn. Bhd. This hands-on course is one of two professional training sessions designed to equip students with essential industry skills in preparation for their internship next semester and future careers in the food industry.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point or HACCP, certification is an international standard defining the requirements for effective control of food safety.
