Cho Kai Ning, a Year 3 undergraduate from Bioresource Technology , has just won a bronze award at the Grand Finale 3-Minute Pitch in the Invention & Innovation Competition at the Karnival Kimia Malaysia Zon Utara 2025 under the Higher Education category, organized by the Institut Kimia Malaysia and Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Pulau Pinang. She was accompanied by her supervisor, Dr. Mohamad Shazeli Che Zain. Previously, the student was shortlisted as one of the top five contestants in the preliminary round and advanced to the final stage, which was held at the Penang State Library.
