USM, 2 MAY 2026 – The programme titled “AI & TI: Impact on the Field of Industrial Technology Driven by the Advancement of AI” was successfully conducted according to the planned schedule and objectives. We have received many encouraging responses from participants and successfully achieved the main goal of enhancing students’ understanding of the critical role of artificial intelligence (AI) in advancment of industrial technology.
Through the insightful sharing session delivered by Dr. Santhana Krishnan, participants were exposed to the importance of integrating artificial intelligence technologies in adapting to today’s rapidly evolving digital transformation. The interactive session, QNA session, enlightened the whole online talk by filling the gap between the speaker and participants in exploring the potential of AI and sustainable technologies within the industrial sector.
In addition to benefiting participants academically, the programme also allow comittee member expose and explore an unfamiliar field. Committee members had the opportunity to strengthen their professional communication, event management, teamwork, and leadership skills throughout the programme. These are the soft skills that are required in a future career.
Overall, this programme not only served as a platform for sharing knowledge related to the advancement of AI in industrial technology, but also successfully created an interactive, professional, and meaningful learning environment for everyone involved, including 335 participants.
