BERTAM SOUK & WATER PARK , 4 JANUARY 2026 - The Industrial Technology Society (TISOC) recently brought its top committee and executive members together for an action-packed Team-Building Programme designed to supercharge collaboration, trust, and respect among its leaders. Through dynamic activities and challenges, participants were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, think strategically, and support one another—all while celebrating the unique strengths and diversity of every team member.
This isn’t just fun—it’s preparing TISOC’s leaders to work seamlessly as a powerhouse team, driving the society towards its mission and vision with confidence, creativity, and unity. By the end of the programme, members had not only strengthened their bonds but also developed the skills and synergy needed to make TISOC thrive in the year ahead.
This program wasn’t just about games—it was about connecting, collaborating, and creating memories! Participants spent quality, fun-filled time with each Exco member, building deeper connections and gaining a better understanding of one another’s strengths and personalities. The activities encouraged teamwork, strategic thinking, and team-player spirit, while also giving everyone a chance to release stress and enjoy themselves. These shared experiences help pave the way for smoother collaboration in future TISOC programmes, ensuring the committee works efficiently, confidently, and harmoniously.

Sarong Balloon Challenge! 🎈💨 Teams had to keep the balloon in the air… all while wearing a kain sarung! The fastest team to complete the task wins! This hilarious activity wasn’t just about laughs—it built coordination, teamwork, quick thinking, and adaptability, while encouraging everyone to step out of their comfort zone and work together under fun, unpredictable conditions.
Spoon Challenge! 🥄⚽ Each team raced to transfer the ball using only a spoon in their mouth—no hands allowed! One slip and you lose! This fun and wacky challenge taught focus, patience, teamwork, and coordination, while pushing participants to think creatively.
Battle of the Balloons! 🎈💥 Two teams, one goal—pop the enemy’s balloon first! This fun challenge didn’t just spark laughter, it built teamwork, strategy, and quick thinking, while teaching participants how to stay focused under pressure.
