2016 FTD Chinese New Year Teatime Party
A group of Food Technology postgraduate students organised a Chinese New Year Teatime Party at Processing Lab to bring Chinese New Year celebration to Food Technology Division (FTD) on 26th January 2016. FTD faculty members were invited to enjoy the food prepared by the postgraduate students. Food served including jiaozi (a kind of Chinese dumpling), tangyuan (glutinous rice dumplings in sweet soup), yusheng (shredded vegetables), niangao (glutinous rice cake), mandarin oranges, various types of chinese biscuits and other finger foods.
