Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Thuan Chew, the training series brought together professionals from leading food manufacturing and trading companies to deepen their technical expertise across two key domains:

  • Food Additives (19 August): Attended by 24 participants from 14 companies, this specialized module covered regulatory limits, safety evaluations, and practical application standards for functional ingredients.

PPTI extends its sincere appreciation to all participating organisations for their active engagement, trust, and continuous support. Their commitment to regulatory excellence plays a vital role in elevating food safety and quality standards across the industry.
