Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurul Fazita Mohammad Rawi was awarded the USM Product Innovation & Development (PID) Grant worth RM25,000. The research is on "Scaling Sustainable Innovation: High-Performance Injection-Moulded Biocomposites Derived from Oil Palm Biomass and Biodegradable Polymer Blends for Rigid Packaging Applications."
