Dr. Kushairi Mohd Salleh was recently awarded an international research grant by the Kurita Water and Environment Foundation (KWEF) worth JPY400,000 (RM10,030). The research project title is the Pineapple Leaves Hydrogen-Rich Biochar (PHRB) for the Adsorptive Removal of Emerging Contaminants in Kereh River.
