Enhancing Industry Knowledge Through Public Training on Food Labelling and Food Additives

7 MAY 2026, Johor Bahru - Dr. Tan Thuan Chew conducted two public training programmes held at St. Giles Southkey, Johor Bahru.

The first programme, Food Labelling Requirements, was conducted over two days (5 and 6 May) and received encouraging participation from industry players and professionals seeking to strengthen their understanding of current food labelling requirements and regulatory compliance.

This was followed by a one-day programme (7 May) entitled Understanding Food Additives: Compliance & Labelling, which focused on the regulatory aspects of food additives, including Codex Alimentarius compliance requirements and labelling considerations.
