Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lee Lai Kuan was recently awarded a Research Bridging grant of RM25,000. The research project title is Evaluation of the Nutritional Composition and Functional Properties of Plant-Based Oil for Health Improvement. The grant will be funded for twelve months, commencing on October 15, 2025, and concluding on October 15, 2026.
