✅ Who Can Apply:

• Citizens from eligible countries. Details are at the link.
• Age ≤ 40 (Master’s) / 45 (PhD)
• CGPA ≥ 3.0
• Proficient in English (IELTS ≥ 6.0 / TOEFL ≥ 550 / English-medium degree)
• Must submit a research proposal (for research-based programs)
