Mapping (PEO - IEG)
The overarching objective of the Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours programme is to equip graduates with in-depth expertise in Food Technology, thereby fulfilling the employment requirements of the nation across diverse related industries and government agencies. The curriculum is meticulously crafted to foster graduates who possess the requisite skills and knowledge to effectively align with the five Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs) outlined below. These PEOs are harmoniously aligned with the five Institutional Educational Goals (IEGs), which encompass: IEG1: Thinker (T), IEG2: Balanced (B), IEG3: Entrepreneurial (E), IEG4: Articulate, and IEG5: Holistic.
