This course teaches students the latest applications based on bioresources in the field of wellness. Students will discuss the current uses of bioresources in producing high-value bioproducts. Advanced chemical modification technologies and the selection of key bioresource components will be highlighted to the students. Quality control and standards for bioproducts are also covered in this course.
