Our Master’s and Doctorate programs in Food Technology provide advanced training and research opportunities in the scientific and innovative aspects of food. Students will delve into key areas such as food safety and quality, functional foods, food processing and preservation, product development, sustainable packaging, and emerging technologies within the food industry. When you enrol as a postgraduate student in the Food Tech specialisation, you can conduct Food Tech research in the following topics, but not limited to:
You can also suggest your topic. At the end of your research, you will write a thesis and defend it in the Viva Voce. Depending on the depth of the research and your qualifications, you can do your master's or doctoral work.
