Nutrition

The major of nutrition addresses the fields of human, animal, cellular, and molecular nutrition. The core research interests involve experimental, epidemiological and clinical works dealing with interactions of nutrition (or its constituents) with genetics, biochemistry, physiological regulation, health and behavioural outcomes, as well as those dealing with personalized nutrition and nutritional needs in special targeted populations. This major also promotes the research of dietary patterns, nutrient density and disease prevention along with the modern developments in relation to health care and healthier lifestyle by elevating the importance of advanced treatments and mechanisms.
