The system used up to 400 bar of pressure to ensure good seperation between componen in the mixture. With proper selection of column, couple wirth high purity mobile phase, the seperation of each componens can be optimized. Using UV-Vis detector, user can select wide range of wavelentgh to ensure proper detaction of each desired compund.
