Enzymology is the study of enzymes, their kinetics, structure and function as well as their relation to each other.
Enzymes are now used in a wide range of industrial processes. Enzyme technology is the study of industrial enzymes and their uses
A catalyst is a substance which alters to promote the reaction. Biocatalyst refers to the use of living also called enzymes (biological) systems or their parts to speed up (catalyze) a chemical reaction. In biocatalytic processes, natural catalysts such as enzymes, perform chemical transformations on organic compounds.
