This course introduces the concepts of functions and limits of a single variable. Linear, polynomial, logarithmic, exponential and trigonometry functions will be discussed. The focus will be on the understanding of the concept and solving of differentiation and integration with applications. Students are then introduced to differential equations focusing on the separable differential equations and first-order linear equations. Matrices and determinants are taught in solving systems of linear equations by using Gauss and Cramer methods.
