    Profile

    Mohammed Danish graduated in chemical sciences from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (India). He did Two master's one Master in Science (M.Sc.) in Analytical Chemistry and another Master in Technology (M.Tech in Agricultural Process and Food Engineering) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (India). After that, he worked for two years as a chemist in the central chemical lab of an aquaculture company in Saudi Arabia (National Prawn Company, Al-Leith, KSA (New name: NAQUA)) that supported the chemical analysis of the wastewater, fish feed, and export quality frozen fish. Then he joined the doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) under Prof. Rokiah Hashim in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). During his Ph.D. he received USM fellowship and prestigious Vice-Chancellor award. After his Ph.D. (USM) he joined a Postdoctoral fellow in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) shanghai under Prof. Lou Ziyang, during the postdoctoral fellow he worked on the drying mechanism of the sewage sludge and carbon sequestration technology. In Oct 2015 he joined Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Chemical and Bioengineering Technology (UniKL-MICET) as a senior lecturer. After serving 5 years in UniKL-MICET he joined back his alma mater as a Senior Lecturer. He received the Knowledge icon award in Q1 journal publication category and the employee of the month award during working in UniKL-MICET. He has more than 64 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and a book chapter having more than 2166 citations with h-index 28 and i10-index 37 (google scholar data) and 1664 citations with 61 publications, h-index 23 (SCOPUS data).
