Research in Food Packaging is offered for graduate students who intend to specialize in the following areas: polymer chemistry in relation to food packaging application, quality preservation and shelf stability of packaged food, food-packaging interaction, development and characterization of new materials for food packaging applications, packaging development and technology for food preservation (i.e active packaging, smart packaging).
