Synopsis

This course introduces the development of environmental technology. Definitions that distinguish the areas of environmental engineering versus applied and pure sciences will be elaborated. This course will focus on the introduction of application-related technology to address the problems of global pollution. In addition, some basic analyses of environmental pollution (water, air, soil and noise) will be introduced through laboratory and fieldwork.
