Synopsis

This course covers the advanced technology related to coating in the industry. The students are exposed to various aspects of coating technology. Particular emphasis is given to release coating, coating methods for pressure-sensitive adhesives, speciality rubber adhesives, and ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) radiation curing. The students are familiarised with the selection and applications of the materials for each coating technology.
