WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE…

I joined the Food Technology Division, School of Industrial Technology on 1st June 2009. Prior to coming to USM Penang, I started my career at the Dietetic Programme, School of Health Sciences, Health Campus , Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kelantan  on 1st August , 2008. I have taught Biochemistry, Food Commodity, Nutrition and Food Chemistry courses.

This personal website will provide you more insight about my personal background, research interests, publications, and others. I have created this site especially for my friends, family members, colleagues and anyone who are interested in following my progress.
