Food Tech wins big at the National Food Science and Technology Competition

The Food Tech program won big at the 11th National Food Science and Technology Competition. The date of the event is on the 6 and 7 of April 2019 at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Kampar. There were 16 competing universities: USM, UMS, UPM, UKM, UNISZA, Taylor’s University, UTAR, TARUC, UMT, UMK, Monash University, UTHM, UiTM, MSU, UniKL, UCTS. There were five categories in the competition:

  1. Postgraduate Oral Presentation
  2. Postgraduate Poster Presentation
  3. Undergraduate Oratory
  4. Food Bowl Quiz
  5. New Product Development
