Dr Anuar receives his BSc, MSc and PhD in Environmental Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia. His research interests are on the waste management, waste diversion, landfill technology, landfill leachate treatment, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plan, Environmental Monitoring Report, Environmental Audit and Environmental Protection Works. Dr Anuar also has participated in several international conferences organized by reputable bodies worldwide. He also actively engaged in community empowerment through translational research that allow him to communicate better with the bottom billion.
Dr Anuar also actively involves in numerous technical visits and environmental protection works related to his expertise. He also sits in various organizing committees, technical committee and a member of several prestigious bodies worldwide. Currently, he has 3 final year students dedicating through his research ideas and 2 graduate masters with co-supervision status.
